Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the CycleZone application (the āAppā), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (āTermsā), our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules that may be posted on the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of the App
CycleZone provides updated tips and news about E-bikes & Safety. The App may offer subscription-based services that grant access to premium content or features as described below.
Use of the App
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
b. License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CycleZone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Subscription and Payment
CycleZone may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium content or features (the āSubscriptionā).

ā¢ Subscription Length: The subscription will automatically renew every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
ā¢ Price: $0.99 per month. If applicable, the price per unit is $0.99.
c. Payment:
ā¢ Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
ā¢ By subscribing, you authorize CycleZone to charge your Apple ID account for the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
ā¢ Any free trial period offered will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled according to the instructions provided in the App.
d. Cancellation and Refunds:
ā¢ You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
ā¢ Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for remaining time in your subscription period unless required by law.

Modifications to the Service and Terms

b. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the revised Terms on the App and/or on our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
ā¢ Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
ā¢ Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to CycleZone.
ā¢ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any systems or networks connected to the App.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the App are the property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Disclaimers
a. The App and all content, materials, and services are provided āas isā without any warranty of any kind.
b. CycleZone does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
c. In no event shall CycleZone be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CycleZone shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use, inability to use, or reliance on the App or its content, regardless of the cause of action.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United States.
